Since TMS320F280040-Q1(F280040PMQR) is not available in the market any more, we are considering to use F280040CPMQR.

The looks the same and share the same specification. But whare can I find the specific specification for F280040CPMQR so that I know exactly if TMS320F280040-Q1 can be replaced by F280040CPMQR in our project?
