Problem Flash Programing

Background: I was trying to load the complied program 2XPM_Sensorless(flash option)  from controlsuite into F28035 controlcard. I have observed follwing problems:

1. Error: failed to load program '2XPM_Sensorless.out' on traget 'Spectrum Digital XDS 510USB Emulator_0/C28xx' - during load program

2. This project contains unresolved buildable linked resources. It might not build as expected.  - during project build

I checked the following

1. I created a target configuration with XDS510USB emulator and selected piccolo control card for F28035

2. In bedug window, tool option, I saw thw gel file is f28035.gel is success

3. However I do not see anything in tool, onchip flash window.

 

Can somebody help me what else I need to do so that I can compile the program for flash and load it properly ?

    Chakrabarti,

    Please clarify the following:

    • Did you try to re-build the project after downloading the project from the control suite?
    • Are you using CCS3.3v (or) CCS4.0v?
    • Can you please give us the exact project name?
    • Did you try checking the linker command file? Is this project already changed to run out of flash.
    • Can you send us the build error (or) linker error?

    LVMultiAxis+PfcKit_v1.4 directory in controlsuite, its 2XPM_Sensorless

    • Did you try checking the linker command file? Is this project already changed to run out of flash.I

    Are you talking about : F28035_FLASH_2xPM_Sensorless.CMD file that is there in the window ?

    • Can you send us the build error (or) linker error?

    Not sure why you see the problem. I just downloaded the project you mentioned from the control suite and was able to successfully build the project without making any modification.
