I am trying to get a Launchpad F28069M to connect to a USB port as a COM Port on a Windows 10 PC. I've got three different launchpad boards of the same model that I've been trying and I have not succeeded yet. I have been following the instructions in the SPRUI11B document to no success. When I plug in the boards, the PC's device manager does not even show them under the USB Serial Bus controllers section.
Can you give me a configuration of jumper settings and switch settings that should work to get the XDS100v2 to be recognized on the USB controller?
