i can't find H2 connector in the pdf of the design files of the 

TMDXIDDK379D part  IndutrialDrivesRev[2.2.1].pdf

please help me to find the correct schematic pdf

    H2 is for QEP connector and it is on first page of schematic as shown by red circle in the image below. Schematic is located in following directory of C2000Ware_MotorControl_SDK ...\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_MotorControl_SDK_5_01_00_00\solutions\tmdxiddk379d\hardware\IDDK_HwDevPkg_r2.2.1\IndutrialDrivesRev[2.2.1].pdf

    For locate/download and install latest C2000Ware_MotorControl_SDK - www.ti.com/.../C2000WARE-MOTORCONTROL-SDK
