students alone with a dsp tms 320f28335: problem by writing a program to command 2 motors

Hello,

We are 4 students who use for the first time a dsp for a project, but nobody around us can help to understand how to program our dsp with ADC, PWM... And we have very short time to do our project.

We have the example of a program, but with a tms 320f2812. It uses EVA and EVB and other structures that are not present in our dsp f28335.

What we have to do is:

-to get 2 voltage signals from 2 diodes: so these signals are analogic, that is why we want to use the ADC to convert them in digital signals.

-then to do the difference between both digital signals

-after that, we want to correct this difference with a DIP

-this result must be sent to the motor as the angle of rotation

-we have also to give the way of rotation with the sign of a rectangular pulse fonction

The big problems are that we do not know which branchs in the structures concerning ADC or ePWM... we have to use. We understand the C language, but not all definitions linked with the dsp f28335.

Could you help us? give us for instance an example of program for the dsp f28335?

Do we have to use InitAdc.c already given in a program test?

Thank you for answering us soon. (veronique.brion@laposte.net)

Yours sincerely,
