Hello everybody ,
please I have a F28065 + 1 CPLD and ideally would like a single Jtag connector for both and be able to program them one after the other via the same Jtag tool .
where can I find an example/indication on how to connect them and how to put in a chain ?
I would like to have F28065 as N1 in the chain

Hi Matt ,
in attach schematics . C2000 is the first in the chain then the CPLD . now I can see signals and they are proper level but system is not working : I cannot program even the C2K ( same board same HW unconnecting from the Jtag chain the CPLD eeverything works ) .
as you can see in CCS screenshot I do not see the CPLD in the list of device , but if I run test , it pass OK . I also connected another Jtag tool but I m not able to do programming .
what should I check and test ? why I do not see the CPLD in the list ? HW signals seems OK

Carlo,
Have we tried to slow down the JTAG clock (shown below), a common thread I see in other multi-JTAG posts is controlling the prop delay between devices, and making it as even as possible.
