CCS/TMS320F28379D: Cannot connect to CLA during debug

Hello,

I have a F2837x Control card and am trying to connect to the CLA for debugging but but do not get an option to connect. The project compiles without any errors and warnings. Am I doing something wrong? I am using CCS ver 7.4

    Are you in the Debug window? I do not see the connect button or option when you did the right click or up on the tool bar.

    Make sure you are in the proper Debug work-space window.

    Hi Sal,

    Thanks for the reply. I was in the incorrect window. However there seems to be a Debug window and a CCS debug window. I was facing the problem when I was in the Debug window but could connect to the CLA in the CCS Debug window. What is the difference between the 2 windows?

    Hi Sandeep,

    I am not sure the difference between the two views. There may be some CCS documentation or posts on the E2E tools forum.
