Is there an internal resistance between X1 and X2 in the MCU? If so what is the value and where can i find it in the datasheet? Cant verify from the datasheet.

Julio,

No, there isn't and you shouldn't add one to the F28075. The only resistor that can be added to our devices for X1 and X2 is a damping resistor Rd in series to decrease the driven power to the crystal.
