TMS320F28035: TMDSCNCD28035ISO: ADC pin ESD protect array

Dear All,

I see in the control card that there is an ESD protection array NUP4201MR6T1G in each ADC pin, i know that it is to protect from voltage above VCC and below GND. But because of the lower diodes VF = 0.6v, so the protect voltage of NUP4201MR6T1G should below -0.6V. But I see in F28035 datasheet, the Absolute Maximum Ratings of input voltage is -0.3V, so this NUP4201MR6T1G can not protect the F28035 ADC pin from negative voltage, am I right?
