F28069 Piccolo Experimenter Kit, the program cannot be loaded into the experimenter kit

Hi,

After I build the program successfully in CSS v8, I tried to load it into the F28069 Piccolo Experimenter Kit to debug it.

However, it always said: "C28xx: Error connecting to the target: (Error -1135 @ 0x0) The debug probe reported an error. Confirm debug probe configuration and connections, reset the debug probe, and retry the operation. (Emulation package 7.0.100.0)"

I have set the connection as "XDS100v1 USB debug probe" and set the variant to be "Experimenter Kit - F28069 Piccolo". It still does not work. (I have tried other setting combinations. None of them works.)

So should I modify some switch on the board, or it is caused by some other issue?
