CCS/TMS320F28335: ePWM not generating the corect frequencz PWM signals

Hello Sir, 

I have used ePWM module in matlab simulink in the model of FOC of 3 phase induction machine 

I am trying to generate switching signal of 4khz frequency i have set my fs 4KHZ and the sysclk frequency is 150MHZ so the TMBRD is 18750 with these values microcontroller should generate PWM singal of 4KHZ but it gives the PWM signal of only 50HZ please help me regarding this issue 

also the CMPA and CMPB values are not working when i change them the duty cycle does not changes it always stays on 50%
