I develomenting product using 25Mhz Oscillator.
Oscilator out signal is connected X1 pin.
If you connect the USB cable in this state, Unknown Device will be displayed in Device Manager and the USB driver will not be installed properly.
However, if you change the oscillator to 20 MHz, Device Manager will show that the F28x7x USB Boot Loader is connected.
Do I have to use a 20 MHz oscillator to use the USB Boot Loader?
Can I use the USB Boot Loader with a 25 MHz oscillator?
