How do I flash a TMS320LF2407A DSP? What are the hw tools and sw tools to be used? It will be great if an application note is provided. Also, please point me to the product pricing of the different components needed for flashing.

Thanks Hareesh, for the quick reply. I am looking at the references provided by you. Given the nature of the problem, programming via JTAG may not be an option. Hence, I will explore the serial programming option in more detail.
