I tried everything they mentioned on those threads, but the issue is still happening.

    Unfortunately, we still don't have a better solution for this problem. The advice in this post still applies--if you're using an older version of CCS with Resource Explorer Classic, you can view the GUI there, but if not, you can simply browse the directory structure as instructed to find the documents and projects.
