so what about Processor-in-the-Loop (PIL), Can't I use it?

Yes you can. But processor in the loop simulations don't interact with I/O (ex. timers & adcs).

You can interact with a model of a motor where the model is running in simulink using PIL. But not a real physical motor.

So Can you me help find a way to control a BLDC motor via Simulink, is C2000 Piccolo LaunchPad will do the job for me?

Note: I mean controlling the motor in the DRV8301 LS31 KIT I'm not sure it's type as I don't have the kit right now and the kit's page is not working.

We use embedded coder for generating motor control application, but there is no simulink "boxes" for input/output.
You can write your own framework for running your simulink generated application.

In our case the FOC algorithm consumes about 25% of cpu power @ 10KHz on tms570lc4357@300MHz.
with floating point arithmetic. TMS570ls3137 is less capable because lack of cache and lower clock frequency. We used this part for the
first steps, as I remember the cpu usage was about 50% or close to 100 % @ 20KHz.
