How to control this MCU if we want to use command, or get debug log from MCU.

Please consider using Backchannel UART on MSP-FET for bi-directional communication between the MSP430 and a PC: https://www.ti.com/tool/MSP-FET

MSP430F5529IPN has the USB interface. But why the LaunchPad SP‑EXP430F5529LP need another ez-FET lite Emulator MCU connect to MSP430F5529IPN on this LaunchPad?

Is it possible to connect another ez-FET lite Emulator MCU to MSP430F6736IPZ?

because MSP430F6736IPZ doesn't have launchpad, MSP-FET is needed

Please check 5.6.2 Backchannel UART of MSP Debuggers User's Guide (Rev. O)

Hi Jim Lin

Both MSP-FET and ez-FET lite are the Emulator .

One sides of emulator is USB connects to PC IDE and another sides of emulator is JTAG or SBW interface connecting to target MCU.

So, I think emulator can debug target MCU with USB interface.
