MSP430FR2633: How to measure 2000pF electrodes capacitance?

Hi Team,

Is it possible to measure 2000pF electrodes capacitance?

The customer wants to measure from 5pf to 2000pf electrodes capacitance.

The datasheet show us CELECTRODE:Maximum capacitance of all external electrodes on all CapTIvate blocks is 300pF Max.

How to measure 2000pF electrodes capacitance?

I found the following thread that the large electrodes capacitance to use a series capacitance.

Would you please give us a solution for this?

Maybe you can try this method:

You can add a Cseries with 300pF. After you test the Ctotal, then you can calculate the Celectrode.
