The MSP430F51x1 has up to twelve 5V tolerant I/Os. Is there a similar development board kit, Launchpad or boosterpack that could use to accept 5V in and to output 5V on any GPIO pins? Our customer is looking for a simple, yet complete solution to divide down a 5V 100Hz square wave input to 5V 10Hz square wave output. I have already suggested the MSP-EXP430FR2355 and MSP-EXP430F5529LP, however, it seems that our MSP430 devices only support a supply voltage range from 1.8 V to 3.6 V.
