MSP430FR5733: The detail of Errata PORT26 on MSP430FR5733

Hi experts,

We have the GPIO trouble which is resemble with PORT26 in the Errata sheet.
So, we'll try to apply the workaround to our product.
Please let us know the detail firmware procedure of 1)-a).
We couldn't understand how to switch critical GPIO to output-low by firmware.

Hi Nomo,

That means in your code, configure the P1.3 and P1.4 output low after the power up.

Refer to the example code to set these pins output low status.

Hi Allen-san,

The PORT26 errata workaround is to set P1.3 and P1.4 to Low output at power up.
After these pins are set to Low output, is it possible to set P1.3 and P1.4 as input pins and use them?

Hi Sasaki,

From the description in errata, my opinion that this problem can be solved by configuring the output low and then configure to input. You could try to test it.
