MSP430FR5994: what's the difference AVCC1 and AVCC2 in msp430fr5994

what's the difference AVCC1 and AVCC2 in msp430fr5994? Are they having the same function? Do i need to connect all pins of them?

Hi Gaosheng Liu,

Is this the proper device? I was looking at the datasheet for the device and there is no mention of an AVCC2, but there is a DVCC1/2/3 and an AVSS1/2/3. If this is the right device were you asking about the DVCC or the AVSS then?

Hi Luke,

Yes, There are AVCC1/ AVSS1, AVSS2, AVSS3/AGND, and DVCC1, DVCC2, DVCC3/AVSS1, DVSS2, DVSS3/DGND.

Hi Gaosheng,

The DVCC supplies all the digital modules and the AVCC supplies the analog modules. AVSS and DVSS are needed for ground. I would suggest just connecting all of them to the appropriate values. You can connect all the DVCC to the same source. And all the ground to the same ground.
