MSP432P401R: What modules do AVCC1, AVCC2, DVCC1 and DVCC2 power seperately?

Hi,

The DVCC is suppying the Digital part of the chip.
So, the most modules use it.
Your description of 10 Ohms between DVCC and DVSS seems to be a device damage.
Was the device already in use?
Can you imagine what could have damaged the chips?
Have you only these 2 chips, or do you have more which are ok?

The 2 chips have been damaged on my test boards. I have checked other circuits on my boards, and failed to figure out where the problem is. So I think if I know which modules DVCC2 powers in the chip, I could analyze the problem more easily.

so, how does your supply rail look on your board?
Do you have separated supplies for each DVCC1, DVCC2 channel?
