Hello Support team,
I want to use MSP430F6746A in my new design. But i have some query regarding that.
1. Is it possible to update the code from over the air firmware update(Through WIFI/UART)
2. Can i used for single phase metering ?
3. can 440V is supported (with external component) but can this create problem ?
4. Is it possible to connect LORAWAN and Bluetooth module with this?
5. Availability of this chip.
Please guide regarding that as soon as possible.
Thanks
Hi,
1. You can update the firmware through BSL(UART) https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/slau550aa/slau550aa.pdf
2. I can find the MSP430F6779 is used for a 3 phase electronic meter. https://www.ti.com/tool/EVM430-F6779
I am not an expert on electronic meter. So I suppose it should work on single phase meter.
3. The max current input on the SD24 input pins is 2mA based on the datasheet. It should be okay if all your input signals are lower than 2mA.
4. It is possible to connect those modules through I2C/SPI/UART
5. For the availability of the chip, please connect our sales team or the distributors
Best regards,
Cash Hao
