MSP430I2030: Calculating temperature using integrated temperature sensor

I can see the sensor transfer function in familys user guide, however Im unable to interpret this function. 

Vs = TCs(273 + T[°C]) + Vo [mV]

Vs = V Sensor Typ

Cs = C sensor

Vo = V offset sensor

Im getting a value of SD24 of around 4 622 659 at 38.5C

Im unsure of the values of the variables. Maths is clear.
