MSP430F5308: RF module communication problem of microcontrollers with different lot trace codes

Hi,

I am using MSP430F5308 microcontroller. I am reading data from ADS1248. I am reading temperature and humidity from HDC1080 and sending it to LoRa Module via SPI. But when I listen to airborne data, I cannot see the data I am sending. I am able to upload software codes to my card. I can debug. Software code seems to be working as it should. No data is sent from the RF Module at all. When I use a microcontroller with a different lot trace code on it, the RF Module works. What could be the cause of this problem? I will be grateful if you could help me. Here are images of working and non-working microcontrollers.
