From my side, I think we do not have all the libaraies that can meet your requirements.

Thank you very much for your prompt response!
Thank you very much also for the information you have sent with the example codes, I can access it from CCS - Explorer Resource, I have seen it and I am coding with the help of the driverlib. However, it is quite complex for us to accelerate the development times of our firmware if we must make calculations for the configuration of a clock, or the speed of the uart, or adapt "third party" libraries to be able to interact with other systems.
But, if, as you told me, this is what is available, then we will start working on writing libraries for our specific app.
