MCU Sample code for SPI interface to TLV5608 & TLV1570 ADC DAC

Hello Stan,

I'm not aware of any examples with drivers for those exact parts.  All examples that I can think of will be generic and focus on the processor's peripherals.

I'll move this thread over to the dataconverters team.  Maybe they can point you to some reference designs/app notes that may have code associated with them.

We do not have .h and .c example files available. Like JD mentioned, you should start with the SPI peripheral examples available through the MSP. You would just need to configure the SPI for 16-bit SPI frames, and send the data corresponding to this table:

Hi Katlynee thanks for e reply, i m using STM32H7 as host MCU i m not sure e SPI example thru' MSP gona helpful to me in STM32H7?

Since the STM32H7 is not a TI MCU, we would not have any examples for how to use SPI for this specific MCU. Using an MSP example can be helpful for the general structure of writing SPI commands, but you'd be better off looking for examples on STMicroelectronics's own forums.

It isn't difficult. Assert CS, transfer data, negate CS.

Details of the SPI hardware on particular devices may complicate things a bit.

ya... thats is what i mean, when i saw the MSP430 sample code...i m ok with STM32 SPI but just need the ADC / DAC library file, thats e most critical part...
