C:\ti\ccs1250\ccs\ccs_base\msp430\include_gcc\msp430fr6043.ld, line 48, has LENGTH = 0x5EC7, which actually should be LENGTH = 0x0EC7.
This is only for GCC compiler, while for TI compiler the size is correct:
And seems other MCUs are affected similar way, at least msp430fr60431.ld has the same mistake (didn't check others).
The used MSP430-GCC compiler is v9.3.1.2 (22 Jul 2021) from https://www.ti.com/tool/MSP430-GCC-OPENSOURCE?keyMatch=TI%20GCC%20COMPILER#downloads.
