Hello, everyone,

Is it possible to use the MSP-TS430PEU128 device with the MSP430F67641 microcontroller? The MSP-TS430PEU128 specification states that it supports the MSP430F676x1 device. Does the MSP430F67641 fall into this category? If not, is there another Target Development Board for the MSP430F67641?

MSP-TS430PEU128 supports 128-pin QFP.

MSP430F67641 only supports 100, 80-pin QFP.

MSP-TS430PEU128 doesn't support MSP430F67641.

This one is OK for MSP430F67641 LQFP-100: MSP-TS430PZ100B Development kit | TI.com

MSP-TS430PZ100B support MSP430F6723, and I have a quick review the Pin difference between MSP430F6723 and MSP430F67641, there is no difference.

I think MSP-TS430PZ100B is compatible with MSP430F67641.

You need check this twice.
