MSP430F5510: Can the customer change the PID/VID number for production?

Dear expert, 

If yes, do we have any tools to change VID & PID? 

Or the customer just change the PID & VID in descriptor.h file?

Correct me if I am wrong, please show me how to change it.

According to the document (Microsoft Word - API User's Guide v1.0.doc (amobbs.com)),

We should able to modified it in the descriptors.h, which is located under <Project Name>/Src/USB_config.

They don't want to use TI's PID&VID, they are able to change, right?

Is that correct?
