You can refer to the datasheet of MSP430F6779A. The chapter 5 includes the different kinds of current information under different conditions. If you have doubt about the value in detail listed in the datasheet which you care about, please let me know.

You can refer to the Figure4-1 in the chapter Auxiliary Supply Operation. And I recommend you to read the related part about the supply in the TRM.
The AUXVCC1 and AUXVCC2 are the auxiliary supply. For the core logic and IO, just one of the DVCC, AUXVCC1 and AUXVCC2 will be chosen to use. For the Analog Modules, just one of the AVCC, AUXVCC1 and AUXVCC2 will be chosen to use.
