EVM430-FR6043: HID connection problems

EVM430-FR6047: ERROR: more than one HID device with the same VID/PID detected. Only one device may be connected

Tool/software:

I'm having trouble connecting to the EVM430-FR6047 with the USS GUI. I keeps throwing this error every time: 

"more than one HID device with the same VID/PID detected. Only one device may be connected"

I am using windows 11, but I can't figure out any issues on my computer side. I have installed and uninstalled the driver, the GUI, and I have tried to deselect COM Ports so that there is only one active at a time, but still no luck. 

Below is the com ports that I have for the board:

Also when I try to "Load Image" it successfully loads the program.

But when I try to "Verify Image" it fails. I also tried to erase all the flash and reprogram, but the same issue occurred.

    Hi,

    It should relate to USB driver issue. I would suggest to use 3rd party tools like USBDeview to uninstall the useless USB driver on your computer and then try again.

    how do I know which drivers are useless? 

    Here are the HIDs and the communication interfaces, I have tried disabling certain ones but all are still failing in the same way except when I disable this one

    It shows no match hardware interface found.

    Well, I do not have much advise on this topic. I would suggest try on a different computer and check if you observe the same issue.
