Hi Experts,

  I have a customer who just received a fresh MSP-EXP430F5529LP. When he tried to upload a new firmware using Uniflash, he will get a error message like below. In Windows Device Manager, the USB port does not seem to enumerate successfully as there is nothing shown up. How do proceed from here? If the firmware for the debug probe (MSP430-U1) is corrupted, how to reload the firmware? Hope this is not something the customer has to go through with a brand new board.
