ESP430 Timebase Unit

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430FE4232

hi

I'm trying to use the MSP430FE4232 for phase-phase energy metering. For this type of metering, it's necessary to delay the current at 90º. I use the equation of the page 21 from ESP430CE's datasheet for calculate the delay, but the result doesn't match the shown in device. I think the problem could be the ESP430 Timebase Unit. How can I to calculate it?

The ESP430CE's datasheet has a value of "Range" and a value of "Normal Range". What is the difference between them?
