There is some documentation on the debug server API in the CCE installation directory (C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\CC Essentials v3\DebugServer\scripting\docs\API\index.html) and some examples in <install>\DebugServer\scripting\examples.

A lot of the documentation refers to CCStudio but it's applicable for CCE v3 too.
