What kind of development kit for MSP430F5212 ?

since you did not give more details on what you're looking for I would recommend the MSP-EXP430F5529 - MSP430F5529 USB Experimenter’s Board or MSP-FET430U64C (should be used to evaluate MSP430F52xx in 64-pin RGC (VQFN) package).
