Can I program a msp430 with the launchxl-rm42 via JTAG?

I have a launchxl-rm42, and I wonder if is possible use it to program some msp430 using the B-wire or JTAG interfaces.

    Hi Juan,

    I think the Hercules devices use a different emulator and different programming schemes than MSP430, so unfortunately I don't think you'll be able to program an MSP430 using this Launchpad. You would need something like the MSP-EXP430FR5969 or MSP-EXP430F5529LP Launchpads to support most MSP430s (MSP-EXP430G2 will only program certain G2xx devices), or an MSP-FET tool.
