MSP430F47197 - IC blowing off

Dear Sir,

 

We have designed one instrument using TI ic MSP430F47197IPZR. But we are not at all satisfied with the controller as instrument doesnt work properly.

 

We have received many complains from the customers that the instrument is not working properly.

We have replaced many units at sites but in some weeks problem occurs. Many time IC has blown off or dead.

 

So we want Texas Instruments technical support for the same. Let me know what details you require
