MCLK and SMCLK stop in active mode

I use MSP430FR5847 and it stop MCLK and SMCLK in active mode and program is hang-up.
I have confirmed this issue by using MCLK, SMCLK, ACLK output in I/O port.

MCLK and SMCLK keep high and don't output clock pulse.
On the other hand, ACLK output normal frequency.

Clock source of MCLK and SMCLK is DCO 1MHz with divide by 1.
Clock source of ACLK is LFXTCLK 32kHz with divide by 1.

And after hang-up, if I try to connect and pause in CCS edit v6 with MSP-FET, it cannot access to target with "CPU Internal Error" message.

Could you find why MCLK and SMCLK stop suddenly in active mode ?
