Is the MSP432P401R Launchpad already available in RevC silicon? And when the final revision (not XMS432) is planned?

The MSP432P401R device RTM is in 2Q 2016.

I would rather use ROM module in MSP432 for IQMATH look-up coefficients and DSP-LIB most computationally intensive subroutines and coefficients than for DriverLib which actually is not optimized and useless for ultra-low power and custom (DMA and interrupt driven) scenarios. At least, the most sensitive and optimized subroutines could be copied to RAM and run without any Flash Wait-Staites.

Some people reading this post already misunderstood my sorry. This is related to specific implementation of IQMath and ARM Cortex M4 architecture, but not the entire post I made.
