I would like to ask, has msp430fg4616 ADC12CTL2 register? How can I represent results as 2s complement?

As shown in the User's Guide, the ADC12 in the 4xx family does not have a CTL2 register.

If you really want a signed result, XOR the value with 0x800.

Er, it's nowhere in the User's Guide. Especially not in section 28.3.

Look on page 806 of the User's Guide for the MSP430FG4618 - it shows this table:

There you can see all available registers for the ADC12 module.
