Hi,

I want to upload my code which I write via ccs to msp430fr6922.

I am using jtag ( MSP-FET430UIF) and I want to upload my code via BSL.

But ccs gives me below error

"Error connecting to the target:
Unknown device"

What is wrong going on?

Hi Umut,

CCS does not have a setting for programming through BSL and the MSP-FET430UIF does not have the proper connections for BSL interface. You need to use BSL-Scripter software with the MSP-FET or MSP430-BSL tool. Pin requirements are shown in Section 6.5/Table 6-5 of the datasheet.
