MSP430F1101A: It is not show the families F1 or F2 in the MSP430 section

Hi Andre, thank you for your answer, but I think that there are not more packages options. I mean, in our case, we work with several projects with a small quantity of pieces, so, the best option for us it is the SOIC package because it is not difficult solder the piece manually in pcb (1,27 mm between pins).
With the newest pieces and better characteristics there are not SOIC package with UART and/or SPI.
So, a piece with UART and/or SPI and SOIC package are the oldest c.i. from TI.

I understand your concerns.
Would TSSOP package work for you? Although the pitch is only 0.635mm (vs. 1.27mm of SOIC) this can still be soldered fairly easily.
