Hi Shai,

please have a look at the Metrology and Monitoring MCUs section on our Other MSP430 web page and you'll see some suggestions such as the MSP430F6779A or the MSP430i2040.

Please note that those devices are not automotive certified though.

Britta, Thank you for your inputs.
But Automotive grade is a mandatory requirement for this project.
Components temperature from -40 upto 140 may consider also.

Can please find me any suitable device with Automotive grade which have LCD driver and ability to measure battery voltage and used current in EV/HEV appliction.

I would appreciate a quick response

Ive tried to find MPS430 that are Automotive grade on TI's website but without success although I know there is for ex. MSP430G2553-Q1 but it is not shown in the comparison table of components (see link below)

Hi Shai,

those device are not supported by the MSP group but a different group. This is why it doesn't show up in the comparison table.

Via wuick research I've found MSP430G2333-Q1, MSP430F2272-Q1,MSP430G2553-Q1,MSP430G2453-Q1,MSP430G2231-Q1,MSP430GF2252-Q1,MSP430G2201-Q1.

Those devices don't support up to 140 degree though as indicated in the datasheet.

Unfortunately MSP430 might not be the best fit to address those automative requirements combing Q100, LCD and high temperature, I'd suggest to take at look the Hybrid/electric and powertrain systems web page.
