CCS/MSP430G2553: Erase memory on msp430G2553

Hi, I am programming msp430G2553 using CCS. I don't want CCS to delete data from a memory segment. Is there a possible debug configurationon in CCS? otherwise what can I do?

Hi,

please follow this procedure to adapt the Erase Settings:

1) Go to Debug Configurations

2) Select "Target" tab, then MSP430 Flash Settings

3) Now select the Erase Settings which suit your application.

Hi, I tried it. In my case I choose "by address range" and I specify the memory segment, but it does not work I receive the following error:

Hi,

could you paste a screenshot of the settings you've inserted, including the specified memory range?
Besides, could you please share what your erase_test program does? This might help me understand the error message.
