CCS/MSP430FR5887: Is there any sugestion for our reset circuit for MSP430FR5887?

We used the following reset circuit for MSP430FR5887.

In the production line, we found that 1 of 100 board could not be pulled high. The final voltage is 1.7V~1.8V.

May you give me some suggestion for our reset circuit design?

Hello,

Did you check the voltage of VCC supply in failed boards? And removing the PESD3V3L1BA chip to see if the voltage.

remove the ESD, we get the same result. The final voltage is betwen 1.7V and 1.8V.
Is there any method to check the inner circuit of Reset pin of MSP430FR5887?

The VCC is 3V.

Please help check below information.

1. Use the internal pullup resistor instead of external resistor.

2. When will the voltage of RST pin be 1.7V-1.8V? After the power up or at the run time?

3. Could the voltage be restored by power cycle?
