Hi,

What is the procedure for programming the launchpad micro controller using external debugger xds110.

As mentioned in the launchpad datasheet, i have removed e TDI, TDO, TCK, TMS, RST, and 3V3 jumpers of J101 connector and

connected a  10 pin  connector to the J11 from external debugger cable.

And i try to flash the program file from ccs. Then i got the error like:

please  explain me how to resolve this issue.

    Hello Kalyan,

    Did you provide 3.3v and GND connection to the board? As far as I remember, the 10-ping connector does not provide power.

    If you are providing power to the board then can you attach a picture of your connections and set-up.

    Did you try and provide external 3.3v and GND to the board and then try to program using external XDS110?

    As I had asked in my previous post, if this suggestion did not work, please send the picture of the connections and set-up.
