MSP430FR2633: Using the Captivate Design Center in HID Connected mode, but nothing shows on "Channel Bar Chart"

hi,

I'm using the MSP-CAPT-FR2633 with CDC 1.70.xxx, when connect HID, nothing shows on "Channel Bar Chart", change the CDC to version of 1.80.xx, even worse, it doesn't show the "HID Connected"

everything is ok to my CDC 1.70.xx before, I don't know what's going on now, trying many cycles between "disconnect" & "HID Connected", cycles between plug in & off my EVM, even shut & restart my computer, still can't solve this problem.
