Hello,

Is it possible for any MSP430/MSP432 to sample from 8 channels of ADC simultaneously? If not, is there any microcontroller from TI that can?

    Not if you mean literally simultaneous.

    There is only one ADC with a multiplexer to switch in the various pins. If you can handle a short delay between measurements you can cycle through the channels pretty quickly.
