There is no max junction temp listed for this component.

Jesse,

The junction rating is equal to the ambient rating on this device. Due to the low power nature of these parts, there is not any significant thermal rise relative to ambient which is why only one temperature is specified. From a design point of view the Tj spec is 85C.
