MSP430FR2110: can it generate 6-bit 500kHz PWM?

Hi team,

My customers are looking for a cost-effective MCU for below application:

• 1 channel comparator
• generate 6-bit 500kHz PWM (so the resolution should be: 1/500000/(2^6)=31.25ns)

Can they use MSP430FR2110?

If cannot, could you recommend a suitable device?
